We ship Australia-wide. All orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hat. If the size doesn't fit your head, or your order arrives damaged, we've got you covered — get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

We accept returns if:

• The item arrived damaged or faulty — very unlikely as we check every single order before it ships
• The hat doesn't fit your head

We don't accept returns for:

• Items that have been used — if the hat has been worn, taken for a surf, or the price tag has been removed, we're unable to process a return

We strongly recommend measuring your head before ordering. One size fits most heads up to 59cm — grab a tape measure and check before you buy.
